20 minutes a day cardio is what we need. But what does it mean. Are we training to become the next Olympic marathon runner? No!!!

So often we see exercise as something difficult. The key we believe is to plan and prepare ourselves to not make it difficult.

How many times have we all joined up at the gym, gone for 2 weeks and never gone again.

The key to exercise is enjoyment.
