Day 49 - 16.1kg flaxseed tea

Almost half way through my fast tomorrow. Today I discovered how to make flax seed tea. Basically you put the seeds into a tea pot and boil it till the liquid becomes white. A cereal type smell will be given off a bit like horlicks. Pour the tea and mix with milk and honey.
