Day 7 Ketogenic Fasting Prepping.

Before you fast it is important to mention that if you are in ketosis ie you haven't consumed any carbs sugars or overloaded with protein and you have consumed avocado's and foods rich in fats then the switch over to water fasting is so much easier. The reason for this is that fats are highly connected to feeling satisfied ie you are absolutely not hungry. So if you do fast and and find you fail and bail rather spend 3 days getting into ketosis and outta the carb  mode first. 


Day 8 Intermittent fasting
Day 7 Intervention threshold.
