Day 7 Intervention threshold.

So this past weekend I didn't Intermittent fast. I didn't go overboard with eating however I consumed more than I usually would in a day. I did have a small amount of carbs in the form of rice and sugar in the food sauces. On Monday morning I checked the scale and I am up 0.5 kilograms. It's probably food weight but I have a very real goal of reducing and eliminating  my ectopic Fat and since this didn't happen this weekend I have to take action and alter course. 

My intervention threshold  I have set at 80 kg. If I go over that then I must emmediately start fasting again until I am at least 2kg under that intervention threshold. 

So that's what I am doing today. I will fast for 5 days this week on water alone. This will deliver a decisive blow against weight gain.

My longer term goal is to reset my intervention threshold at 70kg. I will need to do a lot more fasting to get to that point and I am happy that because this is my strategy and it needs to be done I will embrace it and accept it and do it.
