Day 2 Yesterday was easy

Only eating once a day was not as hard as I thought. I think a big difference was that I was able to relax in the sun and had no hunger pangs. I ate a large green salad with eggs at 6pm. I think the eggs made me full. By 7pm I was done. 

Weigh in this morning showed an increase in weight by 0.1kg. Not too concerned as this is a learning curve and solid food was involved albeit only one meal. 

I hope tomorrow my weight would have decreased which gives me motivation to stick to the plan.
