Day 1 Weigh in 78.7kg

The point of fasting is to develop a radical strategy to reduce excess weight and to keep it off. Exercise would be a great way to assist here. I live on the 7th floor so will walk up and down the stairs and get stair fit. I will record how many steps I take today as well and will aim. To increase my walking. That's strategy number one. The next part of the strategy is to eat as late as possible. Yesterday I lasted til 1pm. I want to beat that today by 30 mins. Doable right?  

Day 1 Intermittent fasting
Day 0 Low Sugar High Nutrient Fasting.
