Day 1 Intermittent fasting

​Well it's 3pm and haven't  had anything to eat today as yet. I plan on having a salad tonight when I get home. Tomatoes spring onions lettuce with a lemon and honey olive oil salad dressing. I might throw in a couple of boiled eggs. Can't think what else at the moment. My new strategy of walking down the stairs instead of taking the lift is in place to get exercise I hope is helping too. I live on the 7th floor so it's quite a climb. 

At lunch time I went down to the pool to get some sun and it felt great because somehow I didn't experience any hunger pangs. 

My goal is to get my weight down into the 60s 

Day 1 Fasted until 6 pm
Day 1 Weigh in 78.7kg
