I talk to a good friend of mine about intermittent fasting and she maintains that a 20 hour intermittent fast every single day from the hours of 12 o'clock afternoon sweetie 8 o'clock the next morning is the best form or method of fasting

Day 2 Yesterday was easy

Only eating once a day was not as hard as I thought. I think a big difference was that I was able to relax in the sun and had no hunger pangs. I ate a large green salad with eggs at 6pm.
